We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff.
Supervise food production and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Participate in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Handle any customer complaints or issues related to food quality or service.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment.
