Job Description
Overview 
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and creativity. You will help lead, train, and inspire the brigade, maintain smooth service, and contribute to menu development that celebrates the best seasonal ingredients.
Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
- Supervise, motivate, and train junior chefs.
- Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and specials inspired by French-Mediterranean cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- A genuine passion for French and Mediterranean flavours.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
