What you offer us?

We seek our Sous Chefs to be future Head Chefs. They should be the creative force behind our menus and specials, delivering consistent, fresh, seasonal food. We value good health & safety standards and a well-trained team.

We prefer chefs who focus on quality ingredients and proper techniques over trendy foams, gels & smears. Our main menu changes seasonally, with specials that display imagination and personality.

As a Sous Chef, you will step into the Head Chef's role in their absence. You should understand dish costing, contribute to menu development, and create daily specials.

You will be part of the management team, participating in weekly management meetings and regular training and inspirational days with our Group Executive Chef & Area Chefs.

Note: This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week.
