Senior Sous Chef to work under Head Chef in a busy Kitchen.

The Sous Chef will assist with the running of the kitchen, identify and conduct training needs, and understand company compliance procedures. They will run the kitchen during service, maintain standards, manage ordering and supplier relations, and ensure safe working practices. They will also take responsibility during External Hygiene Audits, implement recommendations, and provide structured training for staff, with awareness of all team roles.
Qualifications- Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene as a minimum.
