Sous Chef - Stadium Dining & Team Lead

Charlton Athletic FC in London is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a culinary team in our stadium kitchens, working with the Hospitality Head Chef to deliver exceptional service to guests.

You will oversee preparation, cooking and service, ensure food safety and manage labour in line with budget, cost menus, and complete weekly stocktakes and invoices. The role offers up to £45,000 per year plus extensive benefits.
