An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to join a small team of professionals, catering for a large banqueting Centre in Leicester.

The ideal candidate would be passionate about food and interested in being a part of a creative team, striving for excellence in all aspects of food production and best kitchen practices.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy kitchen required, a can do attitude and a flair for providing outstanding food are amongst the skills we are seeking.
