Sous Chef - Rosette Fine Dining & Events Kitchen

Chef Results Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a four star country house hotel with an Award winning 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes for 60+ covers at dinner and 40+ at lunch. The role requires flexibility across dining operations and the ability to support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen management.

You will supervise two other chefs, thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen, and adapt to the hotel's bar and events catering.
