The Role

My client is a Michelin-starred restaurant offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

Working closely with the senior chefs, you'll help deliver a high-quality food offering, support the smooth running of the kitchen and play an active role in maintaining the standards expected at this level.

About You

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef who:

• Has previous experience at Sous Chef level or in a similar senior kitchen role

• Can lead and support a kitchen team during busy service
• Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients
