Job Description
Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You'll be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, high-quality food is presented to the pass each time and stepping up when the Head Chef is away.
You'll help manage the kitchen, run the line during service, develop the team and uphold the highest standards of food and service within a friendly, people-focused pub company.
