Chefs for Chefs is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a popular casual dining venue in Brandesburton. This full-time, permanent role offers a 42-hour week and a £14.00 per hour rate, with a hands-on owner supporting the team.

You will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, lead shifts, maintain quality and presentation, manage stock and waste, and train junior staff across two sites. A positive, team-focused approach is essential.
