Sous Chef - Lead Shifts, Banqueting & Overtime Benefits

Clare College Cambridge is seeking a Sous Chef to join our catering team. Reporting to the Head Chef, this full-time role (37.5 hours per week on a two-week shift system) involves directing the kitchen team and delivering high-quality meals to students, staff, Fellows and guests.

You should have solid experience in industrial and banqueting catering, be computer literate, and aspire toward Head Chef responsibilities.
