Job Description

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen in Livingston. You will cook, present dishes, and lead a team, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety, while mentoring demi-chef de parties and commis.

You will help develop new dishes, manage portions and waste to support profitability, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in our hotel operations.
