Sous Chef - Lead a Kitchen Team & Grow to Head Chef

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is hiring a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and drive consistency in food quality across branded menus. You will step in for the Head Chef when needed and ensure smooth service in a premium pub environment.

You'll work with a team to smash targets, manage ordering and stock, and uphold health and hygiene standards, while delivering an excellent guest experience.
