We're looking for a passionate Sous Chef who can lead from the front, inspire a kitchen team and deliver food full of flavour.

The role: Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be second in command, helping drive the kitchen and keeping standards high.

You'll:

• Lead, support and develop the kitchen team
• Be hands-on with preparation and service
• Maintain outstanding food quality and presentation
• Support stock control, ordering and food costs
• Champion food safety and kitchen standards
• Train and develop junior chefs
• Keep the kitchen calm, organised and energised during busy services

We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef, Junior Sous or strong Senior Chef who is:
