Premier Selection is recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular gastro pub in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire - a kitchen celebrated for its amazing seasonal dishes made with the freshest local ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head Chef to help run the kitchen on a daily basis.
• Delegate tasks across the brigade, ensuring daily prep is completed to the required standard.
• Make sure every section is organised and ready for a smooth service.
• Shape the quality of every plate through leadership and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experienced Sous Chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal produce.
• Natural leader capable of working under pressure.
• Ready to take ownership in a quality gastro pub environment.
