Labombe by Trivet is a new partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, based on Park Lane, Mayfair. Since opening last autumn, Labombe by Trivet has quickly established itself as a distinctive wine-led dining destination within the London restaurant scene - and has been awarded 1 Michelin Star. Labombe by Trivet is a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal. Labombe by Trivet is more than just a culinary experience; it's a celebration of expertly curated wine and thoughtfully crafted food. Rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and a commitment to quality, Labombe by Trivet merges creativity with tradition to create moments of excitement and connection.

We're on the lookout for a Senior Sommelier who is ready to lead with warmth, precision, and a love for exceptional food and wine.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Lead and inspire the Front of House team
• Deliver world-class hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Assist in training and development of team members

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a waiter/waitress role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
• A charismatic, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A love for great food, wine, and service excellence
