Waiter Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in professional London restaurants, hotels, or private members' clubs
• Exposure to Italian cuisine is a strong advantage.
• A humble, hardworking sommelier who is able work as the sole sommelier for the restaurant.
• A genuine passion for fine wines - ideal for someone looking to grow into a more senior position.
