As an Advanced Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions.
- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Providing clinical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and students.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to service development.
- Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in an Allied Health Profession.
- Current registration with a professional body (e.g., HCPC).
- Significant post-qualification experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
