Solutions Engineer

• Build integrations and technical infrastructure enabling customers to connect distributed energy devices, orchestrate them, and participate in electricity markets
• Understand customers' technical requirements
• Build integrations and solve complex technical challenges
• Help shape the product based on real-world feedback
• Talk to customers and gather user feedback
• Work closely with market operators and Product to deliver scalable engineering solutions
• Build and maintain integrations with customer systems, distributed energy devices, and third-party platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support implementations, and design scalable solutions
• Steer customers toward a more direct launch plan and better user experience
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements
• Own the quality and impact of delivered products
• Manage time and support others in adapting to changing scope and deadlines

Requirements

• Generalist engineering capability spanning core software engineering, customer implementation, and solution design
• Deep understanding of the domain, platform, and customers' technical challenges
• Experience or proficiency with Python
• Experience or proficiency with React
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with GCP
• Ability to build and maintain integrations with customer systems, distributed energy devices, and third-party platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and design scalable solutions
• Ability to work closely with customers, Product, and market operators
• Ability to manage time and adapt to changing scope and deadlines
• Visa sponsorship may be required to work within the UK
