• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop innovative technical solutions for solar projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
• Support project development stages from initial concept through early execution phases.
• Stay updated on South Africa's renewable energy market trends and integrate them into project execution strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in utility scale solar PV projects.
• Proficient in designing and improving solar PV systems, ensuring efficiency and performance.
• Deep understanding of PV system design and project development fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with South Africa's renewable energy market (preferred).
