Customer Solution Architect - Enterprise SaaS/Implementations London - hybrid

Currently representing a venture-backed enterprise SaaS company looking for an experienced Customer Solution Architect to support customer implementations and deployments.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working with enterprise customers to, drive successful go-lives. Enjoys ownership, customer interaction, and complex SaaS implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise SaaS implementations and deployments
• Act as a Solution Architect/Implementation Consultant for customer projects
• Run customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design meetings
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery risks
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on integrations
• Support customer onboarding through to go-live and early adoption
• Capture customer feedback and support continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in enterprise SaaS implementations
• Proven client-facing experience with senior stakeholders
• Experience configuring software platforms and business workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
