Are you ready to launch your career at the crossroads of business and IT?

We're looking for ambitious junior profiles to join us as Functional Analysts (or "Solution Analysts", as we call them), working on impactful projects in the insurance and financial services sector.

What will you do?

As a Solution Analyst, you'll act as the vital link between business and IT. You'll be responsible for analysing business processes, translating needs into functional designs, and ensuring applications perform well and integrate smoothly within the existing IT landscape.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analysing business processes and information flows in the insurance industry (Life or Non-Life - you choose!)
• Translating needs into clear, feasible functional designs
• Supporting the implementation of new applications and systems
• Participating in testing and acceptance procedures to guarantee quality
• Identifying improvements to existing applications and systems
• Acting as a key communicator between IT and business stakeholders
• Providing training and support to end users

What we're looking for:

Must-haves (or ready to learn):

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Interest in the financial/insurance sector
• Basic understanding of software, databases, and IT systems
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA
• Exposure to testing or functional design
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or other analysis methods

Soft skills:

• Team player and proactive mindset
• Clear and fluent communicator - English required, Dutch or French is a big plus
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career with impact
