We are currently seeking a Solution Architect - Risk and Compliance to join our team in Dublin, Dublin (IE-D), Ireland (IE).

Summary

We're looking for a T shaped Solution Architect to support the design and solutions in the non financial risk (NFR) domain. The role requires someone who can operate confidently across business and technology teams, contribute to design governance, and support delivery from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creation of high level and support low level solution designs across Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) application , integration, and data layers.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, testers, PMs, and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery alignment.
• Present designs in governance and design ceremonies.
• Support integration and data flow design across operational and analytical systems.

Must Have Experience

• Self starter with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Naturally curious and able to independently research and explore solutions.
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Experience producing HLDs and supporting LLDs.
• Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks and governance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have Experience

• Exposure to non financial risk, compliance, or GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC).
• Experience with domain or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Understanding of data lineage, exception based reporting, and materiality logic.
