This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver innovative CRM solutions that maximize customer success and adoption. The Solution Architect will combine technical expertise, architectural vision, and deep CRM knowledge to advise and support clients across complex implementations. You will engage with stakeholders, mentor teams, and provide guidance on best practices while influencing solution design and driving business value. This hands-on position requires collaboration across technical, product, and customer-facing teams, providing high-impact solutions in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Accountabilities

Provide hands-on architectural guidance and CRM solution design to meet customer business needs.

Analyze customer requirements, processes, and system integrations, recommending strategies and solutions.

Engage with clients to ensure successful adoption, renewals, and value realization of CRM systems.

Mentor and support field resources on implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices.

Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance CRM capabilities.

Influence stakeholders through thought leadership, providing options with pros, cons, and risks.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies, including AI integration.

Contribute to sales campaigns by sharing best practices, implementation strategies, and lessons learned.

10+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, delivery, or consulting roles such as Solution Architect or Technical Consultant.

10+ years of experience in the CRM technology industry.

Deep expertise in Customer Relationship Management systems; ServiceNow CSA and CRM certification preferred.

Proven ability to design and configure complex CRM solutions, including hands-on architectural and coding experience.

Strong analytical and data-driven approach to drive customer engagement and business outcomes.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Experience with AI integration in work processes, automation, or problem-solving is highly desirable.

Ability to mentor and influence teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
