We are looking for a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor (1-4 PQE) with a passion for technology and commercial law to join our market-leading team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of technology and commercial contracts, strategic advisory matters, intellectual property agreements, and data protection projects, supporting clients across a variety of sectors. You will advise on cutting-edge matters including enterprise cloud agreements, digital transformation and AI projects, software licensing, outsourcing arrangements, and web and mobile app contracts, as well as IP licensing and protection strategies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to corporate support and competition matters within the technology sector. Working alongside recognised specialists in a collaborative and ambitious team, you will gain exposure to complex, high-value work for some of the world's leading technology businesses.
