Job Description

Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Solicitor (8 years + PQE) - Adult Brain Injury

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor to join our Adult Brain Injury team, specialising in bringing civil compensation claims for adult brain injury survivors and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • providing an exceptional, high-quality service to our clients;
  • handling complex adult brain injury claims arising from clinical negligence or personal injury.

Ideal Candidate:

  • be an established solicitor with excellent connections to support client referrals;
  • have experience of working on a mixed caseload of high-value, catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence cases for claimants;
  • be confident in dealing with sensitive injury issues;
  • have experience of brain injury claims;
  • be an experienced manager;
  • have an excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and protocols;
  • be hard-working, energetic, and sociable, with excellent IT, administrative, and research skills;
  • be able to demonstrate a commitment to charity partnerships and developing the business and reputation of the firm.
