What you'll be doing:

• Managing a varied caseload oflitigated County and High Court matters, primarily on anhourly ratebasis
• Drafting court documents, applications, instructions to Counsel, and settlement offers
• Investigating and identifyingpotential fraud, using intelligence and forensic analysis
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients and attending hearings and consultations
• Diarising and managing key court dates and deadlines
• Negotiating with third-party solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring full compliance withCourt Rules, internal policies, and legal practice standards
• Maintaining case progress and client satisfaction through effective communication and time management

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience handling litigated cases, ideally involvingVehicle Damage and Personal Injury(Defendant side preferred)
• Knowledge or experience ininsurance litigationand/orCounter Fraud
• Skilled in forensic analysis and document review
• Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in afast-paced environment
• Proficient in usingCase Management Systems
• A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Work alongside a team of passionate and driven legal professionals in asupportive, collaborativeenvironment
