Role: Solicitor - Road, Pedestrian & Cycling Injury Team

• Handling a litigated caseload;
• Ensuring cases are progressed quickly and efficiently ;
• Assessing prospects of a case
• Working with our valued clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
• Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
• Communicating clearly and consistently with insurers, solicitors, fee-earners, and clients
• Carrying out investigations into liability and quantum
• Keeping case management system up to date
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Able to work autonomously but also within a team
• Annual Company Day Out and Quarterly team nights/days out
