Solicitor - Commercial Property - 5+ PQE - York - £45,000- £70,000

My client, a well-established Yorkshire law firm, are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated solicitor to advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property matters. You will be a key member of the Corporate / Commercial team, with scope to develop your skills and experience in a supportive environment. The role may also involve regular use of a car. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years PQE in commercial property and previous commercial experience. Strong client service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential. You will manage your own caseload, provide support to colleagues, and offer practical, risk-based solutions. A law degree (preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are also important.
