About Your New Job

As a Junior Solicitor,youwill provide practical legal support across the business, focusing on renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Advise internal teams and senior management on legal and regulatory matters, ensuring commercial objectives and compliance are achieved.
  • Support legal aspects of renewable energy and infrastructure, manage employment law issues, and contribute to business initiatives.
  • Aassist in identifying, assessing, and managing legal risks, liaise with external legal advisers in Ireland and the UK, and help manage disputes, regulatory matters, and governance.
  • Monitor developments in relevant legislation and contribute to compliance and wider risk management projects.
What Skills You Need
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in private practice or in-house.
  • Law degree (LLB, JD or equivalent). Additional qualifications in commercial, construction, or employment law, corporate governance, or compliance are advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and various legal documentation.
  • Proven ability to give practical, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project development sectors is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting employment law matters and managing external advisers.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong judgement, professional integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to ongoing learning.
