Solicitor - Clinical Negligence & Client Care

Jobtailor is seeking a Solicitor/Associate with defendant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury experience to handle a challenging caseload for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, MDU, and insurers. You will draft documents, negotiate claims, and ensure strict court deadlines are met.

You will also engage in client care, providing commercially focused advice and mentoring junior team members. The role emphasizes teamwork, knowledge sharing, and potential involvement in business development.
