Solar PV Installer

Overview

Due to continued client expansion, we are looking for Solar PV Installers or experienced Roofers to join the team across Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, bonus, pension and additional benefits. Salary will depend on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on residential properties to the highest standards.
• Meet deadlines for scheduled installations and projects.
• Communicate with customers, providing clear information and advice about the work being carried out.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Follow all relevant safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a Roofer, or previous experience in cladding or industrial glazing.
• Previous solar installation experience is desirable.
• A clean, full driving licence.
• Experience working at height and using a harness safely.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation, with the ability to manage health and safety requirements on site.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with a positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
