This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused Software Trainer to join a leading SaaS business supporting education and accommodation providers across the UK and beyond. you'll be joining a team thats passionate about transforming how universities and colleges deliver student experiences - and your work will be central to that mission.
As a Software Trainer, you'll deliver training as part of new software implementations and ongoing customer projects. Your sessions - whether virtual or on-site - will help users adopt the platform with confidence, unlock new features, and achieve greater outcomes for their organisations.

What you'll be doing
  • Delivering engaging software training both online and face-to-face to a diverse customer base
  • Supporting customers during new implementations by assisting with configuration, datasheet validation, and setup
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Product teams, and Customer Success to ensure a joined-up experience
  • Acting as a customer advocate by sharing feedback with internal teams to shape product evolution
  • Managing your own time and travel efficiently, contributing to project planning and training schedules
  • Driving adoption by helping users get the most from new features and integrations
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years experience in a Software Trainer or implementation/training delivery role
  • A people-first mindset, with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, especially around data handling
  • Confidence in delivering training in both in-person and remote formats
  • An aptitude for learning new software platforms and solving customer problems
  • Comfortable travelling to client sites across the UK and occasionally overseas
