Software Tools Engineer - AI Tools for Software Development

Assignment:

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Software Tools Engineer to support our customer efforts in leveraging AI-based developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and local LLM agents. In this role, you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI development and secure software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and legal, data, and IPR risks associated with AI-assisted development together with legal experts.
• Track and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks relevant to software engineering.
• Design and implement integrations of AI developer tools into existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and integrate helper/mitigation tools to ensure safe and efficient AI tool usage in the software development life cycle.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions to promote responsible and informed AI tool usage among development teams.

• Strong software development background.
• Deep interest in AI developer tools and software agents.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and intellectual property risks in the context of AI tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
• Experience with local LLMs and integrating with LLM APIs and MCP
