Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing engineers who design and modelthe planet-scale networks poweringGoogle'sservicesandthose of our Cloud customers.
• Mentor and coach a team of both junior and senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Define and drive the team's technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for modeling infrastructure, exercising strong technical judgment.
• Participate in and guide architectural and design decisions for scalable and reliable service deployments.
• Manage project priorities and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
