This platform is mission-critical and sits at the heart of ambitious digital growth plans - so we need someone who can lead with clarity, energy, and vision.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the technical direction and delivery of a key digital platform.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of React and .NET engineers to build exceptional user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to shape and deliver roadmap priorities.
• Drive engineering best practices across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and shared learning.
• Solve complex technical challenges and ensure platform reliability at scale.
• Balance user experience, performance, and long-term tech vision in delivery.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• A proven track record in delivering high-volume, transactional digital platforms.
• Strong background with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring engineers to help them reach their potential.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to influence product decisions through technical insight and strategic thinking.
