Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced Software Engineer to be based at their client's office in Edinburgh, UK.

This is a remote role with occasional travel required to the client's office in Edinburgh.

This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP

Day rate: Competitive Market rate

The right candidate should be proficient in latest versions of Smallworld Product Suite, PNI/Electric Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design, coding, implementation & testing
• Documentation of entire process and provide continuous update to all stakeholders
• Client coordination

Key Requirements:

• Good knowledge and experience in PNI, Core SW4, SW5, EO, GDO, GTO, GSS, GSA, DM, MES, NRM, K8, magik, Java, SWMFS DBA, VMDS, SQL, Oracle; Customer Specific Customisation plus local regulatory & third party products
• Proficient in latest versions of Smallworld Product Suite, PNI/Electric Office
• Hands on experience using Magik
• Strong in providing GIS solutions using Smallworld suite of products
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• Experience in ESRI - ArcGIS suite of products
• OpenGIS
