Software Engineer, Agent (Arabic speaking)

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver production grade AI agents: build and ship highly performant, reliable, intuitive AI agents that are central, mission critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These are production systems across industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): own the entire cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production, setting best practices for ADLC.
• Partner with large enterprises and cutting edge startups: work directly with leaders at top enterprises to understand critical business challenges and build AI agents that transform operations at scale. Also partner with startups to embed AI agents across their business stack.
• Build the future of the platform: use customer feedback to guide platform evolution, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape AI agent development.

Example Projects

• Design and build AI agents for telecom and media companies that outperform human agents in managing subscription churn.
• Develop and refine AI agents for complex customer interactions, such as troubleshooting a broken device and personalizing recommendations.
• Create generalizable AI agent frameworks for industry specific use cases.
• Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives, including new agent architectures, self service capabilities, and generative agent development.
• Experiment with latest voice models and integrate them at scale for enterprise grade customers.

What You'll Bring

• Experience building and scaling end to end production systems.
• Strong technical problem solving skills in fast changing, ambiguous environments.
• A builder mindset with high agency: find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real world problems.
• Excellent communication skills-clear, direct, persuasive across technical and non technical audiences.

Even Better

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Founder or founding engineer experience.
• Familiarity with AI agent tools: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
