Software Engineer

2/3 days per week on-site in Prague (NOT REMOTE)

Join a leading e-Fixed Income development team responsible for high-performance, Real Time trading platforms. We're seeking a Contract Java Developer to help us optimise our electronic trading infrastructure and integrate new connectivity layers.

What you'll do:

• Enhance performance and optimise low-latency trading applications
• Integrate TransFICC into our e-trading architecture
• Work closely with pricing, algo, and STP teams
• Contribute to platform strategy and future development

Key Skills:

• Strong Java development in high-volume, low-latency systems
• Deep experience in electronic trading environments (FI or FX)
• RFQ workflows, STP, and pricing integration
• TDD, Domain-Driven Design, Linux, TCP/UDP/HTTP protocols
• Multithreading/concurrency and performance profiling

Nice to have:

• Experience with TransFICC connectivity
• AWS, Ansible, Infrastructure-as-Code
• Agile, BDD, CI/CD
• Knowledge of Fixed Income markets and trading controls
