Software Engineer

Software Engineer vacancy for our Zurich based client company in the Technology & IT Provider sector.

Your tasks:

• Build functionality related to YouTube uploads, potentially participating in the development process across the stack (TypeScript Front End, C++ Back End, native mobile code).
• Improve the maintainability of the team's codebase, tests and internal tools.
• Develop new Front End components by working with UX partners

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 2 years of experience with Front End and user interface development.
• Language skills: English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Angular, React, Polymer or other web frameworks.
• Experience working on Front End/web projects.
• Experience in mobile development (React Native, Flutter or Java/Objective C native code)

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
