  • Lead AI Engineering in model integration, optimization, large-scale cloud services and SW life-cycle management.
  • Drive alignment and execution of key business goals in speech and audio synthesis.
  • Define technology stack, guide and review key architectural decisions.
  • Hire exceptional individuals and mentor team members in reaching their career goals.

Amazon AGI Vertical Services team is at the forefront of innovation, crafting delightful conversational speech powered by AI. We value creativity and technical mastery, ensuring a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and growth.

Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.
  • Experience in engineering team management.
  • Experience in engineering.
  • Experience in leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
  • Experience working directly within engineering teams.
  • Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
  • Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.
