PIP is our AI native platform designed for modern marketing operations. It centralises context, insights, and workflows into an intelligent workspace that helps teams analyse performance, generate content briefs, automate reporting, and extract meaningful answers from data. With features like secure document ingestion, AI assisted workflows, and personalized marketing insights, PIP is transforming how marketing teams think about efficiency and impact.

We're looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our engineering team and help shape the next generation of PIP. You'll build robust, scalable features with a focus on AI driven experiences, backend services, and integrations that bring real value to our users. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver high quality, user centric software.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high quality code that powers PIP's core features and infrastructure.
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs that support AI workflows, data ingestion, and real time insights.
• Work with AI/ML services and integrations - ensuring seamless connections between models, databases, and frontend experiences.
• Partner with cross functional teams to translate product goals into technical solutions.
• Write clear documentation, perform code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain existing systems to ensure performance and reliability at scale.
• Help define and improve development processes and tooling as the team grows.

Must have skills & experience:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ideally proficiency in backend technologies such as Elixir, Phoenix, Erlang or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or data driven features.
• Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills.
