Software Developer

We are currently looking for a Software Developer to join the team in The Hague.

As a Software Developer, you will work on building software to predict and reduce the signature (visibility) of naval vessels.

Responsibilities:

• You will work on a large-scale project, and make sure that the underlying software is suitable for both current and future naval vessels.
• You will work on a multidisciplinary team to help further develop and improve the software models and modules.

Requirements:

• You have strong experience in developing professional software.
• You have experience with C++, Python, Java and Fortran (Fortran is an advantage, but not mandatory), as well as with the integration of them.
• You have experience with software development for both Windows and Linux.
• You have a strong foundation of the parallelization of software code.
• Speaking Dutch fluently is mandatory for this role.

Experience with the following is an advantage:

• GitLab/GitLab runners.
• Dockers.
• CI/CD pipelines.
