Software and Commissioning Engineer

Roc Search's client have a vacancy for a Software and Commissioning Engineer based in Leicester. The role is fully on site, with client site visits throughout the UK and the possibility of international travel.

• Software coding and HMI screens for complex automation systems
• Commissioning and Development of special purpose machinery
• Fault finding of control and safety systems
• Robotics programming
• On-site support and servicing
• Providing customer training on delivered machinery
• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

• 10+ years' experience in Automation or Special purpose Machinery
• Expertise in software controls systems
• Omron, Siemens or Allen Bradley preferred
• Experience of programming and integrating 6-axis, Scara or Delta robotics
• Injection moulding machinery experience useful but not essential
