Software & AI Engineer

We are supporting a Swiss technology company in Luzern that is expanding its engineering team to develop new management software and AI-powered GRC solutions.

In this role, you will work across the full software development life cycle, from concept to implementation. You will build Front End applications in React (TypeScript), Back End services using C# (.NET/ASP.NET), and design AI PoCs integrating RAG, LLMs, and multi-agent systems. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical concepts, mentor team members, and contribute to code reviews and quality assurance.

To succeed in this position, you should bring:

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience
• Experience with React, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Azure OpenAI, and LLM-based solutions
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation or AI search systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based AI integrations and modern development tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• English: fluent
• German: fluent

This is a permanent position, based in Luzern, with a hybrid model (1-2 days onsite per week)
