Working Pattern - 4 days on and 4 days off 6:00am to 6:00pm

This role in the Soft Gel Production team includes:

• Ensure products are produced as per plan, on time, and right first time
• Manufacturing and blending capsules, and liquids produced to the highest standards.
• Working on individual and group machines, operating to achieve required capsules, and liquids.
• Prepare machinery before production and carry out testing to make sure all is in working order.
• Complying with our highest quality standards and that of BRC and Food Standards.
• Ensure all paperwork and manufacturing documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Production roles here at INW Bee Health work four on, four off (4 x 4) working pattern. In this pattern you work four consecutive day shifts followed by four consecutive days off. Each shift starts at six in the morning and finishes at six in the evening.

Starting rate £12.75 per hour increasing to £14.75 through our dedicated training matrix, along with a quarterly production bonus.
