Socio-educational assistant for IEPA / 80-100% / CDM

L IMAD is a pioneering institution and a reference point in home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to over individuals of all ages, 25% of whom are under 65 years old. For its residential facilities with supervision for elderly people (IEPA), these include independent housing where elderly individuals fully participate, as well as common areas for various activities, allowing them to remain autonomous in a secure environment. Your missions and responsibilities:- Welcome and assist the residents in carrying out daily life activities- Ensure the well-being of residents and promote the maintenance of autonomy while respecting personal and social needs- Identify the needs of residents regarding their daily lives- Propose and organize activities while encouraging participation and communicate to the social manager any changes in residents' health status, as well as any necessary adjustments for the proper functioning of the dining room, perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks- Ensure the safety of the building and its residentsRequirements:- Assistant (CFC-ASE) or equivalent qualification- Minimum X years of professional experience in the field, particularly knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network- Sociable with good interpersonal skills- Experience with elderly people or interest in this area- Perfect command of spoken and written French- Versatility and autonomy- Good command of office tools (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)Start date: to be agreed upon.
