About the Role: As a Social Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges.
You'll assess needs, develop care plans, and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to safeguard vulnerable people and improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include: Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments and risk evaluations for service users.
Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review tailored support plans.
Safeguarding: Ensure the protection of vulnerable children and adults.
Advocacy: Support clients to access healthcare, housing, benefits, and community resources.
Collaborative Working: Partner with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and voluntary organisations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case notes in compliance with professional standards.
Who We Are Looking For: Education: Degree in Social Work (or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 3 years in Children social care to work in Children's social care.
Also, statutory, community, or healthcare settings preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong case management and problem-solving ability.
Resilience and empathy when working with complex cases.
