Social Worker - Foster Carer Assessments (West London)

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking an Assessing Social Worker to join Foster with West London (FwWL). You will contribute to recruiting and assessing foster carers across eight Local Authorities, aligning with the National Fostering Standards and Fostering Service Regulations.

Applicants should hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. This temporary role runs until 31 March 2027 and is based at 145 King Street, Hammersmith, with
