Social Worker - Duty and Assessment

Salary: Up to £48,932 (DOE)

As a Duty and Assessment Social Worker you will:

• Carry out high quality assessments and interventions
• Work closely with families, partner agencies, and multi disciplinary teams
• Contribute to safeguarding, planning, and delivering positive outcomes for children and young people
• Uphold AFC's values of inclusion, fairness, and child centred practice

• Completed ASYE
• Active Social Work England registration
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
